ABOUT US

The Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS has been providing legal services since 2008, when it was founded by JUDr. Tomáš Rybář, Ph.D. and JUDr. Alois Soppé.

The Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS has a stable client base. Therefore, it can fully concentrate on its areas of practice which comprise all significant branches of law.

Our Law Firm provides complex legal services in all significant branches of law, especially in the following:

We provide complex legal services relating to the real estate, from its acquisition, through construction, to its subsequent use. In recent years, our lawyers have assisted in the construction of numerous multifunctional business centres (including Quadrio in Prague, where the law firm has its headquarters), in the reconstruction of hotels or the negotiation of a large number of lease agreements and, in particular, of offices, commercial and industrial buildings.

We provide complex legal services relating to the existence of legal entities, from their incorporation, through relations between their shareholders, to restructuring, complex transformations of companies, or their dissolution or liquidation.

We provide complex legal services throughout the entire acquisition process, assess legal risks, conduct due diligence, negotiate the acquisition documentation itself and provide legal services also in all post-acquisition affairs (successive transformations etc.).

With regard to the character of clients, who engage mainly in business activities, we provide legal representation in all types of civil litigation, especially in those resulting from breaches of obligations. The practice area of administrative justice is also not negligible.

We provide legal advice and legal representation of clients before all administrative authorities, among the most common are the building and cadastral offices.

An important practice area of the law firm is also financial law given that almost each larger transaction is externally financed. Apart from acquisition or development financing, the legal advice is also common in ordinary debt refinancing.

If necessary, we also provide legal advice in other areas of law which do not normally represent the core of our focus; these include employment, family, insolvency, criminal and intellectual property law.
