The Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS has provided legal services since 2008, when it was founded by JUDr. Tomáš Rybář, Ph.D. and JUDr. Alois Soppé.

Tomáš Rybář graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 1999. Two years later, he passed the rigorous exam and earned an academic title JUDr. He completed a postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2006 and earned an academic title Ph.D.
Between 1999 and 2002, Tomáš Rybář worked as a junior lawyer of JUDr. Aleš Gerloch, CSc. in the attorney association Gerloch, Nemeth & partners and as a junior lawyer of JUDr. Věslav Nemeth in the attorney association of Nemeth, Schwarz & partners.
In 2002, he passed the bar exams with an excellent result and became the member of the Czech Bar Association registered in the list of attorneys under the number 9564.
Between 2002 and 2004, Tomáš Rybář has been an independent attorney cooperating with the attorney association Nemeth, Schwarz & partners. Afterward, he worked as an independent attorney and he has been the leading partner of the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS since 2008.
Alois Soppé graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1994. He passed the rigorous exam at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2005 and earned an academic title JUDr.
In 2007, he passed the bar exams and became the member of the Czech Bar Association registered in the list of attorneys under the number 11745. Afterward, he started working as an independent attorney and he has been a partner of the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS since 2008.
Monika Kyselová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. After her graduation with honours in 2007, she worked as a junior lawyer in a renowned law firm in Prague focused on criminal law. She passed the bar exams in 2011 and then started practicing law as an independent attorney. She has been a partner of the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS since 2016.
She focuses on general legal practice especially on civil law, real estate law and criminal law including representation of clients in both civil and criminal proceedings.
Ondřej Coufal graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he worked, among others, in the Prague office of the international law firm Dentons. Since 2019, he has worked as an associate at RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI. Since 2022, he has been cooperating with this law firm as an independent attorney and his practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial law, with a focus on contract law, real estate law, and transactions and acquisitions.
Irena Duffková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. After her graduation in 2001, she worked as a junior lawyer and then as an attorney in the international Law Firm Altheimer & Gray (now Dentons) in Prague and from 2006 to 2012 in Bratislava. She joined the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS in 2017.
Irena focuses mainly on civil law, especially real estate law with emphasis on asset management issues. She has experience in transactions, acquisitions and financing.
Luboš Fendrych completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2010. In the same year, he joined RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS as a junior lawyer. He became attorney in 2014 and he cooperates with the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS. He provides general legal advice and focuses especially on civil, commercial and administrative law.
Hana Hrbáčová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno. During her university studies and after the graduation, she worked as a paralegal and as a junior lawyer in the Law Firm Ambruz & Dark. After that, she worked in the international law firm Salans Europe, then Dentons Europe CS LLP in Prague, where she worked as a junior lawyer and an attorney. She joined the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS in 2019. She focuses especially on real estate law, international transactions and acquisitions.
Matej Kučera graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, followed by a postgraduate degree from University College London specializing in corporate and international financial law. As part of his studies he also completed a semester at the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) in Germany. During his studies and after their completion in 2015, he worked in the legal department of a leading development company in Bratislava and London and subsequently from 2017 in the Prague branch of the international Law Firm Clifford Chance. He has been a lawyer at the Law Firm of RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI since 2021. Matej specializes mainly in real estate and corporate affairs, especially legal relations in the areas of development and asset management and real estate transactions.
Petr Navrátil graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. After graduating in 2015, he worked mainly in litigation, contract agency, corporate, labour and administrative law.
At the law firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI, where he works as an attorney, he focuses mainly on real estate and development and asset management.
Jaroslav Novák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and after graduation gained work experience in public administration. He has been working at RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI since April 2018 as a law clerk and since November 2021 as an attorney-at-law mainly in administrative, construction and civil law.
Veronika Pelcat is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Palacký University in Olomouc. During her university studies, she spent two semesters at the Faculty of Law at the Università degli Studi di Milano in Italy. Since 2019 she has been working as an independent attorney in the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS. Since 2021 she cooperates as an independent attorney in the same Law Firm. Within her legal practice, she focuses especially on civil law, with a focus on law of obligations and real estate law.
Klaudie Pflegerová graduated from Pan-European University in Bratislava. During her university studies, she spent one semester at the Faculty of Law at the University of Messina in Italy. Klaudie has been an attorney in the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS since 2022 and she focuses especially on civil law and contractual agenda within her legal practice.
Ludvík Růžička is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom.
After the graduation, he worked as a junior lawyer and then as an attorney in the international Law Firm Clifford Chance for six years. Before joining the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS in 2020, he also worked in the Law Firm Havel & Partners. Ludvík focuses mainly on public law regulation, M&A and real estate agenda. He has rich experience especially in the area of transactions and acquisitions, public law regulation and litigation and legislative activity.
Adam Souček is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Palacký University in Olomouc. He has been working in the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS since 2013, first as a junior lawyer, and after passing the bar exams, he works as an independent attorney and cooperates with the law firm. Within his specialization, he provides legal services in the field of civil and commercial law with a focus on law of commercial corporations.
Karolína Šusteková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. During her studies, she worked as a law student at CETIN a.s., where she focused on litigation and corporate law. After her studies, she worked as an associate at the law firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI. Since the spring of 2024 she has been working as an independent attorney at the same law firm.
Huy Ho Ba graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During his studies he worked at Clifford Chance, Havel & Partners in the Banking & Finance team and at Deloitte Legal in the Corporate team. At the same time he worked as an assistant researcher at the Department of Constitutional and European Law at the Faculty. Since July 2021 he has been an associate at the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI.
Dominika Hubíková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies she worked at Pelíšek, Navrátil & Partners, a law firm dedicated to general practice. She joined RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI as an associate in July 2023.
Leona Jacháčková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in 1982 (formerly Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Brno). She passed the rigorous exam in 1983.
After graduation, she worked as a company lawyer in the co-operative KONZUM BRNO for 16 years. Since 1999, she had worked as a company lawyer in the co-operative VČELA – spotřební družstvo Praha since. At the beginning of 2004, she started working as a company lawyer in the company FORTUNA HOTELS, a.s. and she started working as a junior lawyer of JUDr. Tomáš Rybář, Ph.D. in the middle of the same year. She has been working in the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS since 2008.
She specializes in real estate law, rights in rem, leases and co-ownership of flats. She further provides comprehensive legal advice on facilities, properties, residential projects and recovery of receivables.
Jan Kašpárek graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During his studies he worked at Nocarová Partners Advokáti s.r.o., Havel & Partners and Odrobina & Co. law firm. He has been working at Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI since January 2022 as a law clerk.
Kamila Kotková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. During her studies, she worked in a small law firm devoted to general practice and completed an internship in the criminal section of the Brno-venkov District Court. She first joined RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI as a legal trainee and since April 2024 she has been working there as an associate.
Adam Mezenský graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. For over 4 years he worked as an M&A lawyer in a development group focusing on industrial real estate. From there he moved to the position of associate in an international law firm. He has been working as an associate at RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI since September 2023.
Helena Opletalová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies, she worked as a legal intern in smaller law firms, focusing on litigation and criminal, civil, and commercial law. She participated in study programmes in Istanbul and Brussels, which deepened her knowledge of international law. She also completed internships at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the United Nations in Geneva and at the Government Commissioner for Representation of the Czech Republic before the Court of Justice of the EU. After graduating in 2024, she joined the law firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI as an associate.
Miroslava Procházková is graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. During her studies she worked at the Law Firm HOLEC, ZUSKA & PARTNEŘI, focusing in particular on private law, administrative law and public procurement. She has been a paralegal in the Law Firm of RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI since January 2021.
Kristýna Řepíková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. As part of her studies, she spent one semester at the Faculty of Law of the Universiteit Utrecht in the Netherlands. During her studies she worked in small law firms. At the same time, she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Labour and Social Security Law. Since May 2024 she has been an associate at the law firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI.
Adéla Sedláčková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies she worked in the legal department of a company focused on real estate and later as a legal intern in a smaller law firm. She has been working at RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNEŘI since September 2023 as an associate.
Michal Pivarči is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague. During his university studies, he spent one semester at School of Law, Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland.
After his graduation, he worked first as a junior lawyer and then as an attorney in the international law firm Clifford Chance for almost seven years. He has been an independent attorney in the Law Firm RYBÁŘ, SOPPÉ & PARTNERS since 2017. Michal Pivarči focuses especially on civil law, in particular on real estate and corporate agenda. He has experience in transactions and acquisitions, and also in the area of development and asset management.
